How long does delivery take?
Delivery inside the United States is estimated at 15 business days after dispatch, tracked from the moment the carrier scans it.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is calculated at checkout from the delivery address and the size of the parcel. There is no threshold to reach.
Will a plate fit my camera?
Write to us with your camera model and we will measure the plate before you order.
What if a tripod arrives damaged?
Report it within 48 hours of delivery with a photograph; we replace it or refund it in full, including return shipping.

Unused items can be returned within 30 days of delivery, damaged or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours, and a parcel with no tracking movement for 7 days past the estimate is traced with the carrier.
